CERKO LAB SYSTEM

Cerko Lab System (CLS) instruments allow precision potentiometric, conductivity and amperometric titrations, kinetics, and temperature measurements.

CLS is dedicated for R&D, industry, quality control and/or environment control laboratories.

Depending on the version, the instrument consists of a precision microprocessor controlled microdosing unit with interchangeable syringes and pH meter, conductometer or amperometer. Dedicated analytical procedures can be built into the firmware.

Instrument can be controlled via host PC or directly from instrument keypad. CerkoLab software provides a common operational environment for all instruments within CLS line.

Each CLS device can operate in one of three modes. In remote mode the device is fully controlled, via RS232C or USB link, from a host PC. In local mode, the unit can operate without being connected to a PC and both titration and kinetics measurements are registered in microtitrator's internal memory. The registered data can be subsequently downloaded to a PC for further processing. In classic mode CLS instrument behaves like a portable meter.

The microtitrator electronics is equipped with a LCD display and 7 push buttons keypad. LCD shows both measured values and setup parameters. The keypad is used to control the instrument in local mode. In remote mode it provides auxiliary functions only.

Thanks to the three-way valve built into the dosing unit it is possible to maintain a continuous flow of titrant.

Measurement and measurement run:

A single measurement can be composed of a number of runs, all combined in one plot or data file.

One run can contain of up to 1000 readouts. The measured data can be saved to a file (using various formats e.g. Excel) or printed.
